Martha E. Schach is a shareholder with King Hershey. Ms. Schach is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law where she was a member of the Law Review and The Urban Lawyer. She received her Juris Doctor with distinction and is a member of the Bench and Robe honor society. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is licensed in Missouri and Kansas. Prior to joining King Hershey, Ms. Schach worked as in-house counsel for governmental and corporate organizations. Ms. Schach focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and development, land use and zoning and has experience in telecommunications law, public and private finance, and general transactional matters. Ms. Schach is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and Kansas City Commercial Real Estate Women (KCCREW). She is a long-time member of the Board of Directors of the Law Foundation of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, holding various offices on the Board's Executive Committee. |
